Enrichment

A variety of after-school classes and activities are available at Viewlands, coordinated by the VEPTSA. From piano, chess and sewing to art, science cooking and coding! Learn more.

Viewlands Outdoors

Viewlands Elementary is situated adjacent to Carkeek Park and the Piper’s Creek watershed. This location provides a valuable opportunity for students to learn first hand about the watershed and the salmon life cycle on class field trips.

In 2016, our new and improved playground was opened with help and sponsorship by the entire community.

The Viewlands grounds are a beautiful outdoor space, with a productive vegetable and herb garden tended to by students, teachers and parents. Find out how you can get involved!

Viewlands Elementary Parent Teacher Student Association (VEPTSA)

We aim to cultivate a holistic vision of learning that embraces diversity, encourages environmental stewardship, enriches each students education and nurtures a lifetime curiosity and love of learning.
